I won a poster design competition with this. The theme was "throw shapes" and "black on white," and I took a day off work to put this together at the last minute. If I read the rules right, I might get to enter that Secret Wars dealio. It's probably the only sort of art competition (off the cuff, black on white) that I'd have a change of winning, so: awesome! Even if I there's no winning a thing to speak of, taking time out from a full-time job to be "creative" felt really fucking nice. Which would be even marginally relevant if anyone with a full time job came here. I guess the equivalent would be finding a fiver on the floor in the dole queue. Which is to say, if something comes out of this, the analogy I'm going to go with is that I found free money while queuing for free money. I'm for that.
